Diga del Cingino Dam, Italy
This is the Diga del Cingino dam in Italy, but look closer...
do you see the spots on the dam wall?
These "spots" are also known as European Ibex. You may be thinking, "Okay, but why are they on the wall?" and the reason is simply that they like to eat the moss and lichen & to lick the salt off the dam wall. Talk about living 'on the edge'!
